The fact that a parking enforcer has been given a ticket is both humorous and ironic. And for what purpose? You guessed correctly. For driving in an area where it is prohibited. It’s the equivalent of a policeman handcuffing himself to the steering wheel or a surgeon injecting himself with a general anesthetic by accident. That sort of thing.
